Railroad Sweet And Sour Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (in 1-inch cubes)
    cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. chopped onion
    chopped pimento
    chopped parsley
    cooked rice or noodles or canned Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Dredge steak in flour.
    Brown on all sides in small amount of oil.
    Combine water, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, salt and onion.
    Add mixture to steak.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 45 minutes or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Garnish with pimento or parsley. Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
    Serves 6.
