Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced apples
3 c. flour
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well. Add oil and beat.
Sift dry ingredients several times. Add apples, nuts and dry ingredients to oil mixture.
Beat well. Bake in greased tube pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
