Sour Cream Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; beat 5 minutes with electric mixer or until smooth.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Pour filling in pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Mix 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons butter (softened) and 3 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts, stirring well.
    Sprinkle on top of pie and bake 10 more minutes.
    When pie has baked 5 minutes, spread topping with fork evenly over entire pie.
    Chill before serving.
