Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium sliced carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 lb. packaged Cheddar cheese
    3 c. bread crumbs
    1 minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    In saucepan, cook onion in butter.
    Add flour, salt and mustard; blend.
    Then add milk, pepper and salt.
    In 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of carrots, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Pour sauce over this mixture and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
