Pickle Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Slice and layer first 5 vegetables.
    Put sugar over top and let stand about 10 minutes.
    Heat vinegar to a boiling point. Pour over the bowl of vegetables.
    Cover.
    Sit in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
    This is a fresh and delightful pickle.
