Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) diced Cheddar cheese
3 c. quartered marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple, diced
2 eggs, beaten with fork
chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice into pan; add eggs.
Cook slowly until slightly thick.
Pour over first 3 ingredients and stir well. Chill.
Pecans can be added.
Can be served individually on lettuce or in meringue cups topped with maraschino cherries.
