Mike'S Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - 15 oz can Garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp. Tahini (ground sesame seed)
3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh works best)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 green onion
1 garlic clove
Preparation

Drain beans.
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Serve as a dip.
Can also be used as a condiment on sandwiches.
