Beef Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1/4 c. sherry wine
Preparation
    Cut chuck roast into cubes.
    Place beef cubes in casserole dish.
    Mix soup and sherry.
    Pour mixture over beef.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
