Herb Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno jelly
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. jalapeno jelly
    juice of 3 limes
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the rosemary, sage, thyme, cumin and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle over the chicken breasts and rub in, coating both sides. Broil or grill chicken until done.
