Orange Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 c. defrosted Cool Whip
    8 oz. can mandarin orange slices
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Drain orange slices and pineapple, reserving juices. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Cool slightly and add cream cheese.
    Beat until well blended.
    Let cool and add Cool Whip and 1/2 cup combined juices.
    Beat until light.
    Fold in orange slices and crushed pineapple.
    Let set in refrigerator, stirring occasionally until like egg white.\tPour into mold and refrigerate overnight.
