Oriental Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. carrot, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    dash of ground ginger
    dash of crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Up to 6 hours before mealtime, in a 1-quart casserole, stir together water, chicken, carrot, soy sauce, bouillon granules, red pepper and ginger.
    Microcook, covered, on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until boiling, stirring once.
    Spoon soup into a small vacuum bottle; seal.
