Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
3 egg yolks (set aside whites)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except egg whites. Pour in pot and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Let cool and pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff and add 6 tablespoons sugar. Beat until it peaks. Put in oven to brown.
