Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. cream or milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Mix sugar and meal.
Add eggs, milk, vinegar, lemon juice and flavoring.
Add melted butter.
Bake in an unbaked crust at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
