Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 white potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes; season to taste.
    Place in casserole. Brown ground beef; season to taste.
    Place over potatoes.
    Top with the chopped bell pepper and onion over beef.
    Spread cheese over this; bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
