7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. Sprite or 7-Up
    1/4 lb. (2 1/2 c.) tiny marshmallows
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    crushed pineapple
    nuts
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine pop and marshmallows over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
    Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Add hot mixture slowly to cream cheese; beat until smooth.
    Add lemon juice, pineapple and nuts. Chill until partially thickened.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Blend together.
    Refrigerate.
