Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. asparagus
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter.
    Mix with asparagus liquid to add to rest of ingredients.
    Beat egg whites and fold in last.
    Dot with butter; place cracker crumbs on top (about 20 crackers).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
