Goat Cheese Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped fresh rosemary
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Chevre cheese, cut into 12 (1/4-inch) thick slices
    1/3 c. olive oil
    12 (1/2-inch) thick slices French bread, lightly toasted
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the rosemary in bottom of a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; arrange cheese slices over rosemary.
    Pour the olive oil over cheese; sprinkle with remaining rosemary.
    Cover and chill for 8 hours.
