Cheese Cake Diamonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar together.
    Add flour and nuts; mix well.
    Set aside 1 cup of mixture for toping.
    Press remainder of mixture on bottom of 8-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
    Add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla; beat well.
    Spread over bottom crust.
    Sprinkle 1 cup of saved mixture over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Chill.
    Cut into diamonds (or squares).
    Enjoy!
