No Cook Mint Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. 10x sugar
    food coloring
Preparation
    Blend corn syrup, butter, extract and salt.
    Add sugar.
    Mix with spoon and hands until smooth.
    Divide into how many colors you want.
    Knead in a drop of coloring.
    Shape into small balls. Flatten with a fork on waxed paper.
    Let dry for several hours.
