Gingered Peach Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches (unsweetened), drained
1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
2 Tbsp. almond liqueur (optional)
Preparation

Put peaches in food processor.
Cover and process until smooth, scrape down sides.
Add ginger and liqueur, process until smooth.
Serve over fruit.
