Almond Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. finely chopped almonds (works with pecans too)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat margarine, sugar and almond extract and vanilla until fluffy.
    Add flour and salt; mix until blended. Stir in oats and almonds.
    Shape tablespoonfuls into crescents. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 14 to 17 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
