Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bell peppers (large)
    2 or 3 red and green hot peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Grind peppers.
    Mix with sugar and vinegar.
    Cook and bring to a boil.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Add Certo and green food coloring.
    Mix and let stand 10 minutes.
    Pour into jars. Seal with wax.
