Chicken Mandarin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts, halved
    flour seasoned with salt and pepper
    oil
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. curry (optional)
    1 jar junior-size apricot baby food
    fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, fry on both sides until brown. Transfer to 9 x 13-inch shallow casserole.
    Add chopped onion.
    Mix chicken bouillon with apricot; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with parsley and almonds.
    Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncover and cook 20 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
