Gingerbread Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
6 or 7 slices pineapple, drained
10 to 12 cherries, drained
1 pkg. gingerbread mix
Preparation

Melt margarine in 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
Arrange pineapple and cherries in brown sugar mixture.
Prepare gingerbread mix, using package directions.
Pour over pineapple and cherries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
