Blushed Gerardo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sprigs rosemary
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. brandy
    1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. ketchup
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Saute rosemary and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add cream and brandy and heat for 10 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
    Serve over penne, ziti or shells.
