Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Grease a baking pan and cover bottom with cup of uncooked rice. Season chicken breast with salt and place on top of rice.
    Mix mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour over the chicken, making sure it goes into the rice to moisten it, spread onion soup over top.
    Sprinkle a few drops of water over soup mix.
    Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0 or bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
