Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. chopped ripe tomatoes, peeled
    3 medium onions, chopped
    3 green or red peppers, chopped
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    4 Hungarian hot wax peppers, chopped
    4 sweet banana peppers, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. canning salt
    3 garlic cloves
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. salsa mix
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    in a large cooking kettle.
    Cook for
    1 hour.
    Pack
    hot into clean jars.\tSeal with hot lids. Hot water bath for 15 minutes.
