Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet real chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, water and corn syrup.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (5 to 8 minutes).
Boil 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Immediately add chocolate chips and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
