Chimpanzee Stew(From Liberia, West Africa) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dead medium size chimpanzee
2 cans tomato sauce
16 hot peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
6 bitter balls, chopped
10 okra, chopped
1 qt. palm oil
Preparation

Burn hair off chimpanzee, slit stomach and remove heart, liver, kidneys and intestines.
Save.
Save hands and feet for garnish, lightly roasted.
Cut up chimpanzee, place in pot after palm oil is very hot and brown meat well.
Add tomato sauce, hot peppers, salt and pepper.
After sauteing well, add enough water to cover ingredients and add bitter balls and okra, chopped up. Let come to a boil and simmer 4 hours.
