Chicken Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and cut up or 3 c. leftover meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped carrots
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and chill well.
    Shape into patties and dip in flour.
    Then into milk, seasoned with a little lemon juice and then into cracker crumbs.
    Deep-fry and drain well.
    May be made ahead and frozen.
