Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (I use 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon)
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese together.
    Add sugar in small amounts. Blend until smooth.
    Add juice and mix well.
    Makes a lot!
