Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Dip onion rings in this mixture and fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
