Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and mashed potatoes.
Mix flour in by hand until dough is easy to handle.
Turn onto floured board.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Place greased side up in greased bowl.
Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator.
Let set about 2 hours.
Shape dough into desired shapes.
Cover and let rise until double in size.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Makes 4 dozen rolls.
