Plum Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 lb. plums
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add flour and combine until dough is formed.
    Sprinkle with flour as needed to prevent sticking to fingers and pat dough into greased and floured 11 x 14-inch jelly roll pan or large pizza pan.
    Bake dough only for 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
