Rosemary Game Hen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cornish game hens (whole or halved)
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. summer savory
    1/2 c. chicken stock or water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hens in oil.
    Add garlic.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Add 1/2 cup water or chicken stock.
    Cover; reduce heat to low and cook until done, 40 to 60 minutes.
