Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed beef broth
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. cucumber, finely chopped
1 c. tomato, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix beef broth, tomato juice, lemon juice, chopped onion, sliced garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper and chill 4 hours. Meanwhile, chop green pepper, cucumber and tomato; chill.
Divide vegetables into soup bowl.
Pour soup over vegetables.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
