Strawberry Pie(You May Use Fresh Peaches, Soft And Ripe, And Peach Jello) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
    1 pt. sliced strawberries (more if desired)
    1 baked pie crust shell
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix together 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil.
    Add sugar and cornstarch mixture.
    Cook until clear.
    Add jello.
    Let this cool slightly before adding sliced fruit.
    Cool and pour into pie crust.
    Place in refrigerator a few hours to set up. Top with Cool Whip or just serve a large spoonful of Cool Whip with each slice.
