Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini or summer squash, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 peeled tomatoes, chopped or 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter and flour in pan and blend.
    Add vegetables and seasoning.
    Cool 5 minutes; pour over squash and cover with bread crumbs, cheese and 1 tablespoon oleo (melted).
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
