Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 to 24 apples, pared and sliced
1 1/2 c. water
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put apple slices in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle water over apples.
Mix flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly. Stir in butterscotch chips. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake, uncovered, until topping is light golden brown and apples are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
