German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Peel and chop apples.
Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add other ingredients.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
