Hand Grenade Dip(10 Second Delay) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white tuna (in water), drained (6 1/2 oz.)
1 1/3 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 to 5 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine
25 to 30 fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation

In a blender, place tuna, mayonnaise and onion.
Process until smooth. Add jalapeno peppers and cilantro, processing until chopped fine. Blend in white pepper. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Serve cold with chips or vegetables.
Tortilla chips are best.
