Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick Parkay
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cream or milk
1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
3/4 stick Parkway
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt 3/4 stick Parkay.
Add sugar, eggs, cream or milk and sweet potatoes (drained).
Mix in blender.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Top with mixture of Parkay, brown sugar, corn flakes and chopped nuts.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
