Crock-Pot Or Seven Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 c. potatoes, cut in half
    2 c. carrots, cut up
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. quick tapioca
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/2 can beef consomme
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place all ingredient in crock-pot and cook all day on low or place in large roaster and bake at 250\u00b0 for 7 to 8 hours.
    Serve with make ahead salad, crusty bread and dessert.
