Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf pumpernickel rye bread
    2 to 3 cucumbers
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (dry)
Preparation
    Mix together the cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix.
    Blend well and refrigerate. Score cucumbers down sides with a fork and slice. Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on a slice of rye bread and top with a cucumber slice.
    Refrigerate.
    Mix cream cheese and Ranch mix 8 to 24 hours before serving.
