Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box jumbo shells
    2 lb. crabmeat (frozen)
    8 oz. frozen peas
    1 sprig scallion
    1 tsp. mustard
    hot pepper (optional)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Thaw crabmeat overnight in refrigerator.
    Boil shells until tender.
    Cook peas as directed. Combine crabmeat, peas, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix thoroughly.
    Garnish with scallion (cut up).
    Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture to shells. Enjoy.
