Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick oleo
    1 large can sliced peaches, drained
    2 c. sugar (divided use)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo in pan you are baking in.
    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and milk; pour in pan of melted oleo.
    Mix peaches and 1 cup sugar; bring to a boil or until sugar dissolves.
    Pour in center of batter, but do not stir.
    Bake until golden brown at 375\u00b0.
