Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fresh apples, peeled and cored
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
unbaked pie pastry
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. red cinnamon drops
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Peel and core apples.
Roll out four 7-inch circles of pie crust.
Place apple in center.
Fill center of apple with brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon and walnut mixture.
Place additional tablespoon of mixture in circle around apple.
Pull up pastry and pinch to seal.
Place in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
