Strawberries And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. brick cream cheese (room temperature)
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
strawberries
pie shell, prepared

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and confectioners sugar with mixer until smooth.
Set aside.
Whip whipping cream until real stiff (almost to butter).
Fold together with cream cheese and sugar mixture and pour in prepared pie shell.
Chill 2 hours.
Top with strawberries with serving.
