Emergency Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir egg in glass measuring cup. Fill cup up to 1/2 cup with cooking oil. Fill cup up to 1 cup with sweet milk. Combine liquid and flour. Grease muffin tin. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
