Coconut Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 whole eggs
3 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavor
Preparation

Cream first 3 together, then add 3 cups sugar, eggs, flour, soda and salt.
Cream real good.
Then add your flavor and frozen coconut.
Bake in Bundt pan 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
